Space Marketing for Real Estate Brands in India: Does It Make Sense?

Real estate is a trust and aspiration category, and a near-space launch is an attention play. This post looks at where the two can fit, and where they do not.

Where it could fit

A launch of a landmark project, a city anniversary or a brand milestone can use a near-space film as the hero asset. The camera can show a project name, a model or a message above the clouds, with the city shown from altitude.

What the film would do

It would give the developer one striking piece of content for social, press and the project's own channels, in a category where most advertising looks alike. It builds brand recall. It does not replace site visits, brochures or sales follow-up.

What to be careful about

Do not make unverified claims in the film. Keep any RERA and marketing-compliance requirements for project advertising in the surrounding content. Be clear that the launch is a brand moment and not a statement about a specific unit or price.

How to measure it

Track views and completion of the film, press pickup, search interest in the project name and enquiries in the weeks around the launch. Compare against a normal campaign of similar spend.

How Dhi & Kin can help

We plan the idea and the India launch with our partner Sent Into Space, then build the creator and press push around the film. Send a brief with the project, the date and the goal.
