The PUMA example

For PUMA's new collection we arranged store visits for 80 regional creators nationwide. They made short videos and pointed viewers to 16 selected outlets, with a chance to be featured on the brand's website.

The deck reports about 4 million people reached and roughly 50,000 average views per creator.

Why this format works

It is local. A creator in Indore talking about the Indore store is more credible than a national ad.

It gives people a reason to go: a visit, a discount or a chance to be featured.

It creates a lot of real footage that the brand can reuse.

What to plan

A clear route for each creator and each store.

Simple capture guidelines so the footage matches across cities.

One offer that is easy to explain in a caption.

A tracking sheet for posts, stores covered and results.
